Our mobility provides you with more convenience and a deeper sense of relaxation than traveling to a day spa.

What is a spa party?
A spa party is no ordinary party! mobileSPATM’s Spa Party is the perfect way to treat yourself and your friends to the luxuries of a day spa in a fun atmosphere at your home, office or event. Like any other form of entertainment that you hire for a party, our spa parties include “spa stations” where your guests can be pampered. All you do is invite your guests and contact us. We do the rest – from organizing the event and setting the mood to providing all the services and creating custom gift bags.

What types of spa parties do you offer?
We can create parties built around any theme or incorporate anything designed to suit your personality and occasion. Some types of spa parties include: • Corporate • Teens • Bachelorette • Mothers-to-Be • Birthdays • Girls’ Night • Family Reunions

Do you have any special services for weddings?
For that special day, we offer a personal mobileSPATM Wedding Coordinator and Bridal Beauty planner to help you create a special wedding package that caters to and pampers the bride, groom, and the wedding party.

Do you offer anything specifically for corporations, non-profit organizations or convention planners?
mobileSPATM is perfect for rewarding employees and clients, creating memorable fundraising events, and refreshing trade show attendees. mobileSPATM is also an excellent resource for all event planners and convention coordinators as they look for unique ways to attract and retain visitors.

Who performs these services?
As required by law, mobileSPATM uses only top-quality, licensed and certified specialists – estheticians, massage therapists, nail technicians, makeup artists, and hair stylists – to perform all of our services. Additionally, we only work with those who have the highest levels of professionalism, courtesy, reliability and responsiveness. All services are salon-quality and include premium products.

How should I prepare for a visit from one of your professionals?
All treatments are performed on a massage table or a facial table. Our spa professionals arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to set up. They take great care in insuring y our privacy. Your state of dress depends on your level of comfort. Please make sure that there is appropriate space for the spa technician to set up their tables and create the right ambiance. To protect their safety, we ask that you keep all pets and young children in other rooms to avoid any contact with candles or other products that may be harmful. If you have any questions about preparation, please feel free to call or e-mail us.

Should I tip the spa professional(s)?
If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a gratuity to your spa technician.

When are these services offered?
Our licensed professionals are available to come to your location between the hours of 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. seven days a week. We do not offer services on major holidays.

How far do you travel to perform your services?
mobileSPATM has a nationwide network of licensed spa professionals that travel to your home in most of the 48 states.

Is there an age limit?
Clients must be at least 16 years of age. In the case of a teen spa party, we ask that at least one adult be present and we may require additional supervision in certain instances.

Are there any conditions where your professionals will refuse service?
Our spa technicians will refuse a treatment to anyone who has broken skin or lesions and that has not mentioned medical conditions at the time of booking. If you are pregnant, please state your condition prior to treatment.

Are there a minimum number of people required for a spa party?
Parties are all about the people. We recommend that you have a minimum of four guests to participate in our memorable spa party experiences. A minimum of two hours is also required for spa parties.

Can people who are not participating in a service or spa party be present?
Anyone is welcome to be present to witness our memorable spa experiences. We do, however, suggest that children under sixteen not participate.

What is your procedure if someone is late or does not keep the appointment?
We provide a 15-minute grace period on all confirmed appointments. After that, we will leave and you will still be responsible for the full amount of the confirmed services. For spa parties and events, we cannot guarantee full-service if someone is late for their start time. If it fits into the party or event schedule, we will try to accommodate the late guest. For those who do not keep their appointments, the full fee is expected. However, if a guest does not show up at a party or event and you have paid for their services in advance, the other guests may take advantage of the treatments that had been previously reserved.

What is your cancellation policy?
For individual services, we require at least four hours notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 20% charge for cancellations made less than four hours in advance. Spa parties and spa packages must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge. Any changes to packages or party services must also be made 24 hours prior.

How far in advance do I need to book services, packages or parties?
Weekends book up quickly so we suggest making a reservation well in advance to ensure the time of your choice. Reservations can be booked up to three months in advance. We do accept last-minute bookings, so please check with us.

How do I book an appointment for a service or spa party?
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. They can be made by phone toll-free at 800-651-4740. Appointments can also be booked by using our online booking form [] or by sending an e-mail to: or

How much do your services and parties cost?
We offer a variety of pricing to choose from – individual treatments to complete spa packages as well as custom rates for groups. There is a $75 minimum charge for services. A destination fee also applies.

Do you ever offer specials or large-party discounts?
Periodically, we offer promotions, such as 10%-15% if you select a combination of services. Special discounts, including an additional 5% reduction, is available when six or more people book three services each during a spa party.
